FREE Saturday Morning Yoga at MGM National Harbor – Cathy Valentine Yoga

Yoga with Cathy Valentine is coming to MGM’s grand outdoor promenade deck overlooking the Potomac!!!! MGM is continuing Cathy’s philosophy of spreading the mental, spiritual and physical joy of Yoga FREE to the DMV community. The Yoga sessions will feature live music with DJ Evan and Kaleo on drums.
